Costume hire = R280.00

(Only for dancers performing at the show)

General Information

 

If you are unable to attend on the day please let us know so we can assess your child in class. They will receive their medal, report and certificate after the showcase (week of the 21 - 26 November).  

 

The showcase fee is part of you registration fee.

 

GRD 000 - 0

 

  • Dancers will perform 3 dances

  • Dance Mouse outfit to be worn, hair tied back and light day make up is optional (girls)

If you do not have a Dance Mouse outfit you can purchase one or: 

Girls can wear black shorts and a pink shirt 

Boys can wear jeans and a black/blue shirt

 

GRD 1 - 7

 

  • Dancers will perform 2 dances and a closing dance

  • R280 will be charged for costume hire. One costume will be worn for the 2 dances. 

 

Please Note: If you cannot attend on the day the costume hire fee is not applicable. Please let us know if you are unable to attend as soon as possible.

 

DM Ballerina's

  • Dancers will perform 1 dance and a corner work / Centre work piece

  • DM Tutu's and Leotards to be worn with ballet socks and shoes. Hair tied back and light day make up is optional (girls)

If you do not have a Dance Mouse outfit you can purchase one

What you need to know

 

BEFORE

 

  • You will receive the schedule by no later than the 24th October

  • Please DOUBLE check the spelling of your child's name

  • Any incorrect spelling on certificates will be for your account

  • If you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible

 

ON THE DAY

 

  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your section starts

  • Ensure your child arrives dressed with hair neatly tied back

  • Tickets will be available online. There is no limit to the number of tickets.

IMPORTANT! Sit back and enjoy watching. The dancers have worked hard and are so excited to show you what they have learnt!  

 

 

The showcase is loads of fun for everyone and a great way to
build teamwork, confidence and self-esteem!

 

The Showcase is to encourage the dancers to perform in front of an audience and display the dances they have learnt for the year. Please encourage your dancer to take part as important life skills are developed when dancers perform on stage. They are never too young to grow, face challenges and develope character, confidence and their self- esteem.
